How We Write and Review Our Guides
Simple Automation Solutions publishes practical guides for founders and businesses. Their purpose is simple: to help you build the right solution, and to prepare the right technology for the problem you need to solve. This page explains where our guides come from, how they are made, how we use AI, and how we keep them accurate.
Where our knowledge comes from
Our guides are based on the hands-on experience of Athar Ahmad, our Founder and CEO, and the work Simple Automation Solutions has delivered since 2017. That work includes more than 40 websites and Bubble.io products, among them Quranious, Servinify and Coaching Planner, as well as SaaS MVPs, CRM systems and internal tools for clients in the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, the UAE, Spain, France, Sweden, Switzerland and Pakistan. Athar has been a certified Bubble.io developer since January 2026.
Many guides start from the questions founders and clients ask us most often: what to build first, which platform to choose, what an app should cost, and what to do when an app runs into trouble.
How a guide is made

- Research and draftingWe research the topic and draft the guide, using AI tools to help with research, drafting and refining the writing.
- Review by Athar AhmadAthar reads every guide. Whenever something needs to change, such as a technical detail, a recommendation or a missing caveat, he directs the change.
- Publish with a dateEvery guide shows the date it was last updated, so you can judge how current it is.
- Keep it currentWe revisit guides as tools, prices and best practices change.
How we use AI
We use AI tools to help with research, drafting and refining our guides. The experience behind them, the judgement about what to recommend, and the direction of every change come from Athar Ahmad. We use AI to explain our knowledge more clearly and more quickly, not to replace it.
Keeping guides accurate and up to date
Software changes quickly. Platform prices, plans and features, and AI tools in particular, can change within months. We update guides when the facts change, and when a guide becomes outdated we either refresh it, merge it into a newer guide, or retire it, rather than leaving out-of-date advice online.
Honest recommendations
We are a Bubble.io development studio and we say so openly. Even so, our guides and free tools aim to give you the right answer for your situation, even when it is not Bubble.io or not a project with us. Our platform picker recommends other tools when they fit better, and our spreadsheet calculator will tell you to keep your spreadsheet when an app is not worth it yet.
Corrections
If you spot something that is wrong or out of date, please email info@sasolutionspk.com with the link to the guide and what needs correcting. We review every report, correct the guide where needed, and update its date.
